（あわ　あいぞめし　こかすいり（あさぎ））

楮（こうぞ）の黒皮を漉き込んだ藍染め紙。
あさぎは比較的薄めの色。
光に透かすと浮かび上がる黒皮が和紙に表情を与えます。
藍染めは植物藍から取った藍液に浸し空気中で酸化させることで発色を促します。
「ジャパン・ブルー」と呼ばれた伝統の青色をお楽しみください。
